As the month continue to get hotter here in southern California I find myself in need of more and more water. In an effort to become more fit, I have given myself a goal of drinking at least 1 gallon per day, however just plain water can be boring so I have been experimenting with infusing my drinking water.

3 strawberries + 1 kiwi + 1/2 cucumber
2. 1/2 cucumber + 2 lemons and a half + mint
3. 1 orange + 2 lemons and a half + 2 limes
4.10 raspberries + 2 lemons and a half + 10 mint leaves
